BAT Chain Lube

The BAT lube is a water based synthetic wax emulsion that provides low dirt pickup and natural water resistance. A South African Chain Lube that finds and hits the mark every time.

Unlike natural waxes, synthetic waxes can be optimised for certain properties. This product has been formulated specifically for the lubrication of chains where easy application, excellent penetration and long lasting protection are needed.

The micro wax particles penetrate to form a lubricating film on the surface of the chain rollers reducing the friction. The lubricant doesn't dry like a hard wax and remains flexible yet durable. Too much wax in the emulsion results in additional build up and poorer penetration but too little can mean lower performance.
